Sales Coordinator

Skills Required –
Polite and persuasive telephone manner
Good standard of numeracy to ensure accuracy of quotations
Enthusiastic, hard working and well organised
Experience of Microsoft Office
Working to deadlines

Duties Include -
Meeting customers at our premises to discuss their requirements
Processing enquiries and orders received via phone, fax, and email
Processing sales invoices
Taking customer payment via credit/debit card
Liaising with Sales & Production Departments

Experience in ERP – Stock, Sales Order Processing and Sales Ledger Postings an advantage
