AJS renews sponsorship for Lana ClellandPosted: 3rd April 2018
A&J Scott are delighted to renew their sponsorship of Scottish international footballer Lana Clelland for another season.
Lana, originally from Perth, is now in her 3rd season with Italian Serie A side UPC Tavagnacco, having finished last season with the Serie A Golden Boot award for an incredible 37 goals in 27 games. Having started out with local side Methven, Lana moved into the SWPL with Rangers and then Spartans FC, before making the move to Italy with Bari and then onto her current club. She made her full Scotland debut in 2012.
With 4 Italian seasons under her belt, Lana has picked up the language and adapted to the Italian football and lifestyle.
Managing Director, Robert Scott, said, “we are privileged to know Lana and her family through the Glenalmond Timber business, and are delighted to be able to show our support for her this season. We look forward to seeing more success for her on the pitch”.
