Full time Production Machine Operators
Wage Rate: up to £28,446 per year depending on experience, position, and shift pattern.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for Production Operator’s to join our dedicated team in 2024. You will operate various machinery in our state of the art plant which includes first line operator maintenance. Although previous machine operating experience would be an advantage, full training will be provided.
What matters to us most is that you have a positive attitude to work, and you ensure that everything you produce is of a quality expected by our customers. You will take pride in your work and pay great attention to detail.
You will observe safety and security standards and work to quality standards. You will also be motivated to achieve daily targets.
You will be flexible and willing to learn and train in other departments as and when demand dictates.
Depending on which machine you are working on, this may include some physical work, and as we are rurally located you will need your own transport.
Shifts
The company operates various shift patterns which differ depending on which location you will be working within the site. Our normal working days are mainly Monday to Friday and overtime may be available depending on customer demand.
