Who are we looking for?
Who we are looking for experienced Shift Engineers to join our dedicated Engineering team in January 2024!
As a multi skilled shift engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, installing and commissioning site machinery and equipment. It is expected that you will hold an NVQ 3 in industrial engineering or have significant equivalent experience, you will have held an FMCG maintenance role previously and be confident in using CMMS and Microsoft Office
You will be comfortable in a reactive maintenance position and possess good working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulics’ on an industrial scale. Ideally you will have recent electrical fault-finding experience and an understanding of PLC’s.
Shifts:
Our Shift Engineers work in teams of three on a rotational 4 on 4 off shift patterns, comprising of dayshift and night shift.
- Day shift – 7am – 7pm
- Nightshift – 7pm – 7am

Salary ranges from £35,162 to £48,068 dependent on experience.
